As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will oversee the design, implementation and management of comprehensive training programs for our hotels. The Learning & Development Coordinator will play an vital role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and professional growth of our team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. This position will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of training initiatives. 

 Responsibilities: 

 • Training Strategy Development  

  • Design a training roadmap that caters the specific needs of the hotels various roles and skills levels.  

  • Collaborate with management and HR team to identify training needs and align training strategies with organizational goals.  

  • Work along hotel managers to ensure individual growth for our high potentials; it is your role to coordinate opportunities between hotels.

• Program design and implementation & Training Delivery 

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for team members, using a blend of instructional techniques to match different learning styles. 

  • Ensure that the training content is up-to-date, aligned with the industry best practices and emerging trends.  

  • Monitor and evaluate training sessions to measure effectiveness and make continuous improvements.  

• Collaboration and Reporting  

  • Work closely with HR team to align training initiatives with overall talent development and succession planning efforts.

  • Generate regular reports on training effectiveness, participation rates, and progress towards developmental goals. 

  • Generate internal report from online training tools and draw conclusions based on the outcome.
