IHCP Hotels is now looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator (or L&D exec)! Would you describe yourself as a creative, inspiring, self starting and structured person? Are you looking for a new job where you are able to develop both individuals and teams? Then we are looking for you!
As Learning & Development Coordinator, you will oversee, implement and organize brand specific training requirements (Marriott, Hilton, Accor) for our 6 hotels. You will also be involved in the development and roll-out of IHCP specific training and development initiatives within our hotel group. Working from the central HR team, you will support the hotels in promoting the growth and development of employees in various job groups. All this contributes to the growth opportunities for our employees!
Your responsibilities:
Identify learning paths for different function groups within the organization, aligned with the organization’s goals and career opportunities. In doing so, you will use the learning platforms of the various brands within our hotel group (Marriott, Hilton and Accor) but will certainly add your own initiatives and insights.
Coordinate training and education programs, both internal and external, ensuring effective planning and execution and good communication with participants.
Support hotel managers and team leaders in guiding employees in their development and learning paths to ensure internal follow-up.
Track and evaluate training activities, gathering insights on training effectiveness and return on investment in order to adjust and innovate.
Monitoring compliance with legislation: With regard to BHV, Social Hygiene and Leermeester certificates.
Giving instruction, presentations and/or training. For example, onboarding training and service delivery training.
Collaborate with training partners and trainers to ensure that training content matches the organization’s practice and ambitions, aligned with the industry best practices and emerging trends.
Managing the learning platform or training administration so that all employees have easy access to relevant learning and development opportunities.
What we are looking for:
Experience in learning and development, preferably within the hospitality or service sector.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
A practical and structured approach to making learning accessible to all job types.
Communication skills and able to enthuse and support people in their learning journey.
Someone that brings ideas and initiatives to the table.
Knowledge:
Bachelor level of working and thinking
Background in planning and organizing, coming up with creative new learning paths, communication, affinity with HR and developing and people's learning styles.
Can easily talk to people in various roles and ask the right questions.
Knowledge of hotel brand development platforms, preferably Marriott is desirable and a strong plus.
Strong in professional written communication in Dutch and English, also in making it visual (PP, Canva etc.).
Knowledge of structured approach, used to working with software and apps.

Job grade 7 or 8 Hospitality CLA depending on experience. Guideline is from 3000 gross per month full-time.
