You provide a warm welcome to the guests of Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. You welcome them in our lobby, enjoy making conversation and you are always there for our guests. You make an unforgettable first impression.

Besides that, you and your colleagues will contribute to even more hotel awards, such as the World Travel Awards and the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.

Your daily tasks are all about delivering a great guest experience. You welcome guests in the lobby of our hotel by proactively approaching them and you assist them in answering all questions that they might have about our hotel or the surroundings. That makes you the welcome committee of the hotel. Besides that, you are capable of assisting guests with booking tickets for museums, taxis or flights. During your workday, you are always on the move when you assist guests with their luggage and when you do your security rounds through the hotel. You will also make sure that the lobby and its surroundings always looks neat.
