Job Description:
As a Lunch/MEP Chef at Kasteel Oud Poelgeest, you are responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality lunch dishes and performing mise en place tasks for banqueting and groups. You play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests by ensuring consistency and quality.

What will you do?

Prepare and cook lunch dishes according to high-quality standards.
Perform mise en place tasks for banqueting and groups.
Plan and organize tasks in the kitchen to ensure an efficient workflow.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

You have experience with banqueting and working with groups.
You enjoy doing preparatory work for groups.
You have an eye for detail and strive for consistency and quality in your work.
You can organize various tasks well and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
You are a team player with a passion for cooking and hospitality.
