The Maintenance Employee is responsible for performing repairs and routine maintenance across the hotel, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repairs & Maintenance: Handle repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep in guest rooms and public areas.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of hotel equipment (HVAC, fire alarms, etc.).
• Guest Service: Address and resolve maintenance requests from guests and staff quickly and courteously.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure maintenance work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Inventory Management: Maintain tools and supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
• Legionella Management and Compliance
Qualifications:
• Experience in maintenance or related field (hotel experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
