Maintenance Technician Parttime - Maastricht

The Role:

As a Maintenance Technician, you are the essential link in our hotel. You ensure that everything is in perfect order and stays that way. Your tasks are very diverse, from small repairs and maintenance work to supporting major projects. No day is the same, which makes your job so varied and challenging!

What are the tasks and responsibilities?

·        Performing daily repairs to equipment, installations, and facilities in our hotel across various fields, excluding specialized and extensive work (this is outsourced).

·        Observing malfunctions and diagnosing issues, resolving malfunctions through assembly and replacement/repair work, and checking the proper functioning afterward.

·        Performing periodic control and maintenance work on air handling installations, kitchen equipment, and other installations.

·        Replacing parts and adjusting equipment.

·        Performing structural maintenance work on the building, guest rooms, and common areas.

·        Managing a small inventory of consumables (consumable items and spare parts).

Other common tasks:

·        Keeping the technical rooms and storage areas tidy.

·        Maintaining contact with colleagues from various departments regarding the planning of work.

You work independently and under the guidance of the General Manager.

Working hours are in consultation.

We offer part-time work, also as a min-max contract, depending on experience, knowledge, education, and your preferences.
