Our hotel, with its unique style and personal approach, offers guests an unforgettable experience in a luxurious and historic setting. As the hotel manager, you will be responsible for leading a passionate team of 20 employees and ensuring exceptional hospitality.


Job Description 

As the hotel manager of Hotel The Noblemen, you will be ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel. You will ensure that all hotel activities run smoothly and that our guests enjoy a unique and high-quality experience. You will lead a team of 20 employees and work closely with various departments, such as reception, housekeeping, F&B, and marketing, to achieve the hotel's business objectives.


Key Responsibilities 

- Leading and coordinating the team of 20 employees, including staff planning, recruitment, selection, training, and development. 

- Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining the quality of service and pursuing high customer satisfaction. 

- Developing and implementing operational procedures and standards to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction. 

- Managing the budget, financial reporting, and optimizing the hotel's profitability. 

- Overseeing sales and marketing strategies, including maintaining relationships with booking partners and managing online reviews and reputation. 

- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations. 

- Fostering a positive work culture and team building through effective communication, motivation, and coaching.


Job Requirements 

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a boutique hotel. 

- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach. 

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 

- A customer-focused attitude and a passion for creating unique guest experiences. 

- Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus. 

- Experience with budget management and financial reporting. 

- Knowledge of relevant IT systems (e.g., Property Management Systems, booking software).
