As Houseman you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas and refilling toiletries. You are part of the Housekeeping department of Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

Daily tasks
As Houseman you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas and refilling toiletries. By doing this you are responsible for keeping the hotel clean at all times. Your specific tasks will be as following;
- Cleaning guest rooms and public areas, such as; the lobby, toilets, hall ways, meeting rooms
- Vacuum cleaning guest rooms and hall ways
- Replacing and refilling towels and toiletries according to regulations
- Taking care of the transport of linen
- Executing specific cleaning tasks
- Being flexible to perform morning, afternoon and evening shifts
- Refilling the housekeeping trolleys
- Correctly following the lost and found procedures
- Answering questions from guests
- Ensuring fire and safety regulations
- Living the Hilton Worldwide regulations
- Managing good relations with other departments
- Working sustainable
As Houseman you are always working for our guests and with other team members. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who own the following skills, experience or knowledge;
- Positive work attitude
- Being able to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Dutch
- Perfect grooming standards
- Aiming for a high guest satisfaction level
- Eye for detail
- Available to work full time, 38 hours per week
- Being flexible to perform morning, afternoon and evening shifts. Also during the weekend.
- Capable to work independent as well as in a team
