We are searching for a dedicated Meetings & Events Supervisor to take charge of our banqueting and event operations. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the preparation of meeting and function rooms according to departmental standards and guest specifications, ensuring every detail is in place before guest arrival.
Oversee the smooth running of assigned meeting/function rooms and public event spaces, proactively addressing any challenges to ensure flawless service.
Lead your team in providing prompt and courteous service of food and beverages to guests, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Requirements:

Proven ability to assist the Meeting & Events Operations Manager in leading and inspiring a team , ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient operations.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with guests.
A meticulous eye for detail to guarantee every event meets our high standards.
