If you are a nightingale and are good at welcoming people, do you enjoy hosting and do you have a passion for the hotel industry, then you have come to the right place. We also expect you to enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to work across departments, so that our guests can have a pleasant stay.

When other people are asleep, you ensure the safety of our hotel guests. In addition, you can speak to guests when they have questions. For the hotel, this is the moment that the day must be closed and you ensure that all financial transactions are correct and the new day can be started.

Furthermore, you are open, have good communication skills, a neat appearance, a positive appearance and you stand firmly in your shoes. Your positive qualities also include a high level of quality awareness and service orientation, and it is your goal to continue to develop yourself.

Wat ga je doen?

• Voer check-ins uit en zorg voor gasten bij aankomst en vertrek

• Organisatorische en administratieve functies uitvoeren in Front- en Back Offices

• Reserveringen accepteren, verwerken en verifiëren; controleer ook op overboekingen en beschikbare opties

• Inzicht krijgen in nieuwe taken door samen te werken met andere afdelingen
