Night & Day receptionist (on call basis) - Delft

Shanghai Hotel Holland is a hotel that combines Asian hospitality with Western luxury. 

To reinforce our Front Desk team we are looking for a receptionist, for night shifts and day shifts.

A radiant personality who will be the business card of our hotel. A pleasant telephone voice is desirable and it is also important that you can work well with automated systems (preferably Mews). The work involves, among other things: checking in and out (international) guests; speaking to guests in a correct and guest-friendly manner and providing them with the desired information; taking reservations.

Furthermore, you are a multitasker and the central point of contact for various departments within the hotel.

• Checking guests in and out

• Answering various questions from guests and providing information

• Managing all kinds of activities

• Taking reservations

• Performing various administrative tasks

• Quality control in several aspects

• Contact with other departments to improve service and quality
