What will you do as a Night Auditor?

You are the face of our apartment hotel during the night.
You welcome and assist guests checking in or out between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
You ensure the safety of the building and our guests, responding promptly to unexpected situations.
You keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring the hotel is ready for a new day.
You clean the reception area and coffee machine, leaving everything fresh and ready for the next day.
You assist with administrative tasks and report any notable incidents to management.

What are we looking for in you?

You have a friendly and professional demeanor and know how to make guests feel at ease.
You are independent, reliable, and enjoy a varied evening of work.
You have a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus but not a requirement – your motivation and attitude are just as important.
You are comfortable working night shifts and remain alert and composed under pressure.

ob Description

As a Night Auditor, you will work night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensuring that our guests feel welcome and safe. You will be responsible for:

Welcoming guests and managing their check-in and check-out processes.
Answering phone calls and emails.
Verifying administrative tasks and preparing and sending reports.
Checking and restocking supplies.
Cleaning the coffee machine and mopping floors to ensure the hotel is fresh and ready for our guests the next day.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Is available for 2–3 night shifts per week and can start immediately.
Is energetic, enthusiastic, and guest-focused.
Works independently but thrives in a team setting.
Is stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
Has a good command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.
Has experience with Microsoft Office and, preferably, in a customer-facing role.
Knows Rotterdam well and can advise guests on local attractions.
