Who Are We Looking For?

• Minimum MBO work and thinking level, preferably with a completed tourism-related education.

• You thrive in nighttime work but are also flexible and willing to assist with day or evening shifts when required.

• You can work independently and are confident in making decisions while being fully responsible for the hotel during your shift.

• You are service-oriented, always going the extra mile to make guests feel at home.

• You have a good sense of humor and genuinely enjoy your job.

• You have a strong command of Dutch and/or English (additional languages are a plus).

• You are organized and precise, particularly when handling administrative tasks.

• You remain calm and professional under pressure and can handle stressful situations with ease.

• Experience in a similar hotel or role is a plus, but if you’re new to the industry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

• Living near the hotel is preferred.

Additionally, you:

• Have a professional appearance and represent the hotel well.

• Are proactive and flexible, always ready to take initiative.

• Are guest- and service-oriented, as providing excellent service is second nature to you.

• Speak a second foreign language (preferred).

• Enjoy engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
