We are looking for a new part-time/fulltime Night Receptionst to strengthen our team for 16 – 32 hours a week.

The Nox is a warm, luxurious boutique hotel, located a stone's throw away from the Dom Tower, like a hidden treasure. In the middle of the city centre, yet outside the bustle.

In a unique building from the 17th century, our guest are enchanted by the deep blue color of the night. Here they can escape the hectic pace of everyday life and find themselves in a world full of design, luxury, excellent service and international allure.

Job description

As a night receptionist you are responsible for guarding our guests and the hotel at night, taking care of night audits and reception tasks. We offer you a varied and dynamic position in a young, hospitable and enthusiastic team.

The tasks and responsibilities are:

• Perform front desk duties such as:

• Check-in and check-out, providing information, letting guests in after hours, answering questions and providing great service

• Overseeing the general safety of guests and employees

• Reporting irregularities, taking appropriate measures and, if necessary, warning internal/external officials and/or authorities in accordance with regulations/emergency plan;

• Accompanying guests in emergency situations, providing information and instructions

• Daily financial check of the payments and accounts

• Process booked consumptions on guest accounts

• Preparation of various sales overviews.

• Checking and issuing invoices.

• Other financial and administrative tasks
