nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base. 

For this iconic social hub, we are looking for a true team player, and an activating personality. In this position you are the link between what is happening at night and your day team. Like the rest of the team, you are also responsible for creating nhow experiences for every guest, whatever that may be! The reception team is very international and includes 20-25 colleagues. As a Night Manager, given the labor law regulation, you will be working a combination of night shifts (approx. 10-12 per month) and day shifts (8-10 per month).  

Example of some your responsibilities during the night is to deal with arrivals/departures, structuring the workload for the day shift team, handling reservations, taking the lead in any emergency situations, guiding the reception and the security team members on the shift, and doing night audits.
