Night Receptionist - Amsterdam

Hotel Tourist Inn is looking for a night receptionist for 3 nights a week. Your working hours will be from 23 to 7 o'clock.

What will you be doing as a Night Receptionist?

• Act as a point of first contact at Hotel Tourist Inn for guest;

• Coordinate different kind of orders and taxi bookings;

• Carry out all required administrative/receptionist duties;

• Maintain and organise company store rooms;

• Serving drinks;

• Make and/or serve breakfast for guests who check out early;

• Survey the hotel, check for irregularities and contact the appropriate services if necessary;

• Accepting reservations via the phone, emails, or walk-ins;

• Assist with specific tasks or projects on an ad-hoc basis, as directed by the Hotel Manager.
