Night receptionist - Amsterdam

During night shifts, you serve as the primary point of contact for our hotel guests. Your role involves ensuring a warm welcome and addressing all their inquiries and requests. Your tasks include maintaining building security, including checking in and out guests arriving late or departing early. Additionally, you handle phone calls, check existing reservations, and make new bookings as necessary. Managing general administrative tasks, such as updating records and preparing reports, is also part of your responsibilities. During shift changes, you ensure smooth communication and proper handover with your colleague to guarantee seamless service continuity.
