We are looking for you to join us as our night receptionist at the Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel & Corendon Amsterdam Nieuw-West.
What does the role entail?
As a Receptionist / Night Auditor, you are the go-to person for our guests throughout the night at the hotel. You ensure that every guest feels welcome and continuously aim to exceed their expectations. You assist them with check-in and check-out, manage the Bazar shop, and provide information about the hotel, its facilities, and the surrounding area. Additionally, you are responsible for their safety. This includes overseeing the security of the premises and the building, patrolling the lobby, and conducting rounds within the hotel. In case of emergencies, you guide our guests and handle any complaints. In this role, you report to the Front Office Manager.
- You have relevant experience in the hospitality industry;
- You are presentable, service-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic;
- You are honest and reliable;
- You are flexible, assertive, and able to work independently;
- Open, honest, and respectful communication is no problem for you;
- You stand your ground and are capable of making independent decisions;
- You are proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and English;
