We are immediately looking for an enthusiastic part-time Night Receptionist for Holiday Inn Express Rotterdam Central Station.

A great and broad night reception position where you perform all sub-tasks of a receptionist. In addition to reception duties, you provide service to guests sitting in the bar, help with breakfast and ensure that our hotel looks fantastic.
As a night receptionist you will be involved in the following activities: receiving and checking in and out of guests, assigning rooms, operating the telephone exchange where you accept and transfer incoming telephone calls. Processing payments, transferring the cash register at the end of the shift. Providing excellent service and guest experience; wake-up service, laundry service, providing tourist information, arranging restaurant reservations in the area. You also prepare and serve drinks at the bar.
Job requirements
- Minimum MBO working level, preferably a completed tourism education;
- Relevant experience at the hotel reception;
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language, spoken and written;
- Living close to the hotel (you must be available to travel before 7am and after 11pm on weekdays, weekends and public holidays). Shifts are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (with a night surcharge of no less than 50% because we want to be able to reward you extra).

The hotel is located in the heart of Rotterdam, right next to the shopping and entertainment area in the city center. You can reach the accommodation within 500 meters from Rotterdam Central Station. The hotel has a total of 214 rooms. With the right attitude, growing within our hotels is within everyone's reach.
