Shanghai Hotel Holland is a hotel that combines Asian hospitality with Western luxury.

To reinforce our Front Desk team we are looking for a Night Receptionist who knows how to work! You ensure that our guests feel safe and welcome. Representative, hospitable and bright personality who will be represent our hotel.

A pleasant telephone voice is desirable and it is also obviously important that you can work well with automated systems (preferably Mews). The work involves among other things: check-in and check-out of guests; speaking to guests in a correct and guest-friendly manner and providing them with the desired information; taking reservations; performing some administrative tasks; keeping the lobby tidy.

Furthermore, you are a multitasker and the central point of contact for various departments within the hotel.
