Job Description:

• Together with your colleague you are the reception and point of contact for our guests
• Hospitality is key
• You help guests check in and check out
• You can help our guests with every question and give them information about the beautiful city of Amsterdam
• You do not only help our guests in person, but though telephone as well
• When guests are not satisfied, you know how to make up for it!
• In the quiet hours you work on administrative tasks
• You provide a representative reception and lobby
• When other departments are busy you jump in to help
• To ensure that guests get the most out of their stay, look at what facilities or products you can offer them
