We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated breakfast cook who loves to take initiative. Do you want to help provide the best breakfast buffet in Amsterdam together with the entire breakfast team? Then we are looking for you!

Who we are:

Hotel Best Western Amsterdam is the flagship of the Raspberry Group. We are an international, friendly, and enthusiastic team working in a dynamic hotel with 317 rooms!

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparing dishes with fresh ingredients
• Coordinating and replenishing the breakfast buffet
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP rules and guidelines
• Independently performing mise-en-place tasks
• Ensuring product quality
• Assisting with lunch duties
• Cleaning the work environment and kitchen equipment
• Helping with dishwashing or other kitchen tasks as needed
• Working in a team and communicating with other departments for excellent quality and service
• Occasionally communicating directly with guests
