As an Operational Banqueting Manager you are responsible for the management and execution of events in our beautiful event locations. You play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests. This role includes:

Manage the banqueting team and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Ensuring compliance with company standards and event protocols.
Supervising the setup of rooms and ensuring the smooth execution of events.
Providing excellent customer service to guests and resolving any issues.
Managing budgets and cost control.
Identifying opportunities for upselling and additional revenue.

To be considered for the position of Operational Banqueting Manager, we expect the following from you:

You have completed at least a Secondary 4 or Higher Hotel School or a comparable commercial education,
Demonstrable experience in event management and banqueting
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Creativity and an eye for detail when developing event concepts.
Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written. You also speak a fair amount of English
Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular office hours.
