We are currently seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Operations Agent with a combination of F&B and front office duties. This role requires a candidate who can seamlessly transition between various responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction. Kindly note that a full shift will be worked in one department with a bi weekly rotation.

Responsibilities:

Reception:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Provide information about services, facilities, and policies.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Food & Beverage:

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with different departments to coordinate activities.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Handle administrative tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
