FUNCTION
As Operational Manager Heineken Hoek, you ensure the balance between the optimal guest experience and the right operating result. You motivate and enthuse the team and emphasize the satisfaction and development of your team. You are critical and always working on what can be improved. PROFILE
The ideal candidate is a social and ambitious self-starter with a big beating heart for hospitality and food and drink. You are driven and know how to lead your colleagues in a natural way. You can enthuse, motivate and coach a team. You have strong communication skills, work in a structured way and are able to keep many balls in the air at the same time. You are enterprising, creative and proactive and do not get stuck in ideas, but translate them into opportunities.

CHARACTERISTICS

• HBO work and thinking level and at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position

• You are representative and have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language

• You are a born leader, have strong communication skills and know how to adapt to different situations

• You have numerical insight and a commercial attitude

• You are constantly looking to improve processes

• You are creative and like to think along in the development and implementation of new concepts
