we are looking for an energetic Operations Supervisor who ensures our guests experience not just a stay, but an unforgettable experience!

What does the job involve?

As an Operations Supervisor, you are the driving force behind the daily operations of our serviced apartments.

You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our guests enjoy a stay that meets – and exceeds – their expectations.

• Leading and supporting the team, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front office.

• Ensuring the quality and presentation of the apartments.

• Managing efficient planning, staff schedules, and inventory.

• Anticipating the needs of our (international) guests and resolving any challenges.

• Continuously improving operational processes to enhance the guest experience further.
