parttime receptionist(e) - Amsterdam

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hospitable receptionist per November 2024 to join our young and international team! We are a close-knit family business, located in the cultural heart of Amsterdam, where personal touch and hospitality are key. We are known for offering a warm, homely atmosphere to both our guests and our team and value this highly.

As receptionist(e) you are the first point of contact for our guests. You provide a warm welcome and offer support with various administrative tasks. After an introductory period you will work independently and be responsible for all common tasks, such as:

- Checking in and out of our hotel guests
- Providing information to our guests
- Handling administrative tasks
- Performing active sales at the front desk
- Answering and transferring the phone
