As a People & Culture Intern at Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South, you will become part of the hotel´s heart, helping to shape its vibrant team culture. This is a hands-on internship where you will support the department in various ways. Think of recruitment, the hiring and onboarding of new staff, giving training and tours, but also organizing our staff parties/outings. In addition, the administration of all personnel matters is also part of your internship. Every day is different within our department and that makes it a varied and very educational internship!

Who are you?

  • You have a command of the Dutch and English language
  • You are following a relevant HBO study (HRM, Hotel School)
  • You are eager to learn and can be creative
  • You are social and enjoy working in a diverse team
  • You work independently and are proactive
  • You have an affinity with the hospitality industry

Your responsibilities and learning experiences:

  • Staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Attend and support job interviews
  • Recruitment
  • Help with organizing training sessions
  • Take part in planning and running staff engagement events
  • Support HR administration such as contracts, personnel files, and payroll documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for team member questions regarding HR matters
  • Attending trade fairs to promote the hotels + preparations for them
