Public Area Attendant - Amsterdam

Hey you! Are you a pro at receiving guests with open arms and a big smile? Are you known as the person who has always a kind word and a sparkling attitude, then we would like to get to know you!

As a Public Area Attendant, you work daily on the visible and invisible quality of our hotel. You keep everything in and around the hotel clean and in good condition. You identify problems and solve them in consultation with the manager on duty or ensure that appropriate action is taken. Cleaning of the common areas is the first daily priority. You contribute to the perfect first impression of the hotel!

An overview of your tasks and responsibilities:

·         Cleaning the entrance of the hotel;

·         Dusting, vacuuming and mopping, among other things, the common areas, the breakfast restaurant and the meeting room;

·         Cleaning up rubbish and dirt in public areas;

·         Cleaning sanitary areas;

·         Cleaning windows, doors, wiping furniture;

·         Supporting the various departments (such as housekeeping/breakfast/reception);

·         Follow up on guest requests.
