Role Snapshot: As a Reception/Café Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of our guests' experience, welcoming them to the hostel and ensuring they have an unforgettable stay. Supported by the Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, assisting with check-in/check-out, answering guest queries, and supporting operations in our café and social spaces. Whether you're serving up delicious food and drinks or sharing insider tips about Amsterdam, your role will be crucial in creating lasting memories for our guests. We are offering either a full time (5 shifts) contract or part time (4 shifts contract)

With excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, you're not afraid to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your initiative to solve problems and work independently when needed.
