Dutch Design Hotel Artemis is looking for a great colleague (Night) Receptionist.
Hotel Artemis is a chic 4-star hotel located in the vibrant Amsterdam-West. What is important to know about this position?
The team consists of a front office manager, supervisors, (night) receptionists, and interns. In this responsible position, you are the first point of contact for guests and colleagues during the night. You oversee safety, perform front office tasks, and handle the night audit. The Front Office manager is your coach and helps you to develop further.
Who are we looking for?
You speak English; Dutch is a plus but not a must.
Knowledge of a hotel reservation system is a plus; we work with VIPS Cloud PMS
You have a sense of responsibility, can stand your ground, and are stress-resistant.
You are flexible, collegial, and guest-oriented; the desire to provide optimal service is in your nature, sometimes this requires customization.
