A snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for handling (reservation) requests via phone and email.
  • You ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient administrative processing of reservations, including:
  • Responding to emails;
  • Entering reservations in Opera;
  • Preparing confirmations, invoices, and proformas;
  • Handling complaints.
  • You are responsible for delegating and informing all departments.
  • You get excited about meeting guests' needs and providing excellent information to our guests!
  • Proactively contributing to achieving our commercial goals.


Who are we looking for?

YOU! You have a passion for the hospitality industry and you are enthusiastic and driven. You possess excellent communication and social skills, a pleasant phone voice, a non-9-to-5 mentality, and an eye for detail. Accuracy is crucial in this role, even during hectic periods. Guest contact is primarily in person, by phone, and via email, including airline crew members, individual guests, and agencies. This is mainly done in Dutch, but due to the international nature of our hotel, a good command of the English language (both spoken and written) is essential.


Additionally, you meet the following job requirements:

  • Minimum MBO work and thinking level, preferably Hotel School or similar;
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written (knowledge of German is a plus);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Good knowledge of Opera is a plus;
  • Ability to handle stress and quickly switch between different tasks;
