What Will You Do?

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book a room. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all reservations – including group bookings – run smoothly.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing reservation requests via phone, email, and other channels.

• Advising guests on room options, rates, and packages.

• Processing and managing group bookings, including communication with the group contact person and internal departments.

• Verifying and confirming bookings in our reservation system.

• Coordinating special requests for groups, such as meeting rooms, meals, or customized packages.

• Actively upselling additional services and facilities, such as group dinners or shuttle services.

• Collaborating with other departments, such as Front Office, Sales, and Banqueting, to ensure a perfect guest experience.

• Ensuring accurate administration and reporting of reservations.
