For our beautiful hotel in Scheveningen, we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague for our reservations team. What will you do?
As a reservation employee, you are the first point of contact for our guests who want to book a room. You will ensure that guests receive the information they need and answer their questions with expertise and enthusiasm. Whether it's booking a room for a romantic weekend or a business trip, you will ensure they have a perfect experience from the moment they make their reservation. You will also handle any last-minute changes or requests quickly and efficiently. Thanks to your friendly and professional approach, our guests always feel well taken care of.

Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hotels. Amrâth Hotels consists of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels in the Netherlands. Our hotels are located in unique and central locations from Maastricht to Alkmaar. They are characterized by comfort, personalized service, and unique character.
Your background
• You have experience in a reservations role in hospitality or a similar position.
• You have excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude. It is your passion to provide guests with the best possible service.
• You are good at handling administrative tasks and are accurate in your work.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language. Do you speak another language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!
• You have experience with reservation systems or are willing to learn them quickly.
• You enjoy working as part of a team but are also capable of working independently.

• A varied position of 32 to 48 hours per week, where every day brings a new challenge.
