Are you passionate about creating seamless and memorable guest experiences? The iconic Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus, located on the beautiful Scheveningen coastline, is looking for a Reservations Medewerker to join our team!
Your Role As a Reservations Medewerker
You will be responsible for managing individual reservations, ensuring accuracy, and delivering top-notch service. In addition to processing bookings, you’ll be handling guest inquiries via phone and email, offering personalized assistance to enhance their stay at our iconic hotel.
Your responsibilities include:
Processing and confirming individual room reservations.
Responding to guest emails and phone calls with efficiency and a friendly approach.
Maintaining accurate records in our reservation system.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Providing occasional support at the Reception Desk during busy times to ensure smooth operations for our guests.
Who You Are We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in reservations, front office, or customer service in hospitality
Is comfortable managing guest inquiries and bookings via phone and email.
Is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a guest-focused environment.
Is a team player and willing to assist at reception when necessary.
Speaks fluent Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
