For our magnificent hotel in The Hague, we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to join our Reservations team. Are you someone who always strives to optimize the reservation process and provide the best service to our guests? Then this role is perfect for you! As a Reservations Supervisor, you are the shining remote face of our hotel. You ensure that all reservations run smoothly and that your team provides every guest with a warm welcome,even before they arrive. Together, you create a hospitable atmosphere where service, quality, and professionalism are key.

What will you be doing?

As a Reservations Supervisor, you are the first point of contact for guests who wish to make a reservation. You process reservation requests via phone, email, and various online channels. You advise guests on room types, packages, and additional services, using your commercial skills to sell that little extra.

You will lead the reservations team and ensure that all requests are handled accurately and efficiently. You monitor occupancy rates, identify trends, and actively contribute to optimizing the reservation process. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing group reservations, preparing quotations, and maintaining relationships with tour operators and corporate clients. Thanks to your eye for detail and organizational talent, everything runs smoothly, ensuring our guests experience a seamless booking process from start to finish.

Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hôtels, which consists of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels across the Netherlands. Our hotels are located in unique and central locations, from Maastricht to Alkmaar. They are characterized by comfort, personal service, and a unique atmosphere.

Your luggage

You have experience working in a reservations department in the hospitality industry or a similar role.
You are responsible for leading and motivating the reservations team.
You ensure that all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently.
You have a keen eye for detail and know how to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.
You are customer-oriented and know how to best advise and persuade guests.
You have excellent communication skills and are a true team player.
You are flexible; working on holidays or weekends does not scare you.
You have a strong command of Dutch and/or English. Do you speak an extra language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!

A salary in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement (Horeca-cao), based on a full-time contract of 38 hours, depending on your experience.
