• Orchestrate all operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team, training employees to meet the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

• Streamline processes to improve both efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate with chefs to craft an innovative menu that reflects current trends and guest preferences.

• Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals

• Manage schedules, monitor the restaurant’s budget, and review guest feedback to continually enhance operations.

• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop strategies that position the Amstel Restaurant as a top dining destination.

Requirements

• A team player and a strong team leader with a passion for luxury hospitality.

• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and an eye for detail.

• Knowledge of the Dutch and international culinary scene, with the ambition to set new standards in luxury dining.
