Do you want to manage a fine dining restaurant, a member of JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs where fantastic 'food art' dishes are prepared and the most beautiful wines are served with an informal top-level service? DAILY WORK
As a Restaurant Manager, you ensure that your team enjoys achieving a top performance every day. You provide our guests with a night out and try to exceed expectations every time.
Together with the entire Senses team you show your passion and creativity in the service. You work organized and have an eye for detail. During the daily work, you also apply the HACCP rules.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• At least 2 years of experience as a (assistent) manager in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Speaks and writes fluently Dutch or English
• Living in the Amsterdam region.
• Wine knowledge and passion for gastronomy.
• An enterprising and commercial attitude.
