About Giacobbe
Giacobbe is the place in Rotterdam for authentic Italian dishes with a modern twist. From homemade pastas and wood-fired pizzas to refined antipasti and an extensive wine list – at our restaurant, it’s all about the experience. Our goal is to provide every guest with an unforgettable experience, and as Restaurant Manager, you play a key role in making that happen.
What will you do?
As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of Giacobbe. You lead the team with enthusiasm and passion, ensure quality standards are met, and make sure both guests and staff are satisfied.
Your responsibilities:
Leading, coaching, and motivating the team.
Ensuring smooth daily operations and a fantastic guest experience.
Planning and coordinating schedules and staffing.
Monitoring the quality of dishes and service according to Giacobbe’s high standards.
Analyzing operational performance and suggesting improvements to revenue and efficiency.
Managing inventory, purchasing, and cost control together with our F&B Manager
Initiating creative marketing and sales campaigns to enhance the restaurant’s visibility.

Who are you?
You have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
You have a passion for Giacobbe and a keen eye for detail.
You are a natural leader who knows how to inspire and motivate a team.
You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
You are flexible and resilient, even during peak times.
You have a commercial mindset and know how to achieve results.
