For our beautiful hotel in Hilversum, we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague for our F&B team.
In your role, you will be responsible for taking care of our guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This variety is exactly what makes your job so dynamic! Every day, you will ensure that our guests feel warmly welcomed and have everything they need. Take the menu in hand and help us provide each guest with an unforgettable experience!
What will you do?
You will take orders and serve drinks and dishes with care and attention, always aiming to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience. Whether it's a refined 5-course dinner in our restaurant, a quick lunch, or a cozy drink at the bar, you, together with your colleagues, will ensure flawless and professional service. You will take care of mise en place, set up the breakfast buffet during morning shifts, arrange the tables and chairs for use, and break everything down afterward. At the end of your shift, you will make sure that the restaurant and work area are neat and tidy. You have an eye for detail and ensure everything runs smoothly, from the first greeting to the moment the guests leave!
Where will you do this?
Amrâth Hotel Lapershoek Hilversum is located in a magnificent villa in Hilversum. The hotel has 80 rooms and 9 meeting rooms for meetings and/or festive events for up to 600 people, a restaurant, conservatory, bar, and terrace. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and car.
Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hôtels. Amrâth Hôtels consists of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels in the Netherlands. Our hotels are located in unique and central locations from Maastricht to Alkmaar.

Your baggage:
• You either have experience in the hospitality industry or are eager to learn from a dedicated team.
• You are approachable and have a hospitable attitude. It's in your DNA to go the extra mile for the guest.
• You are flexible; working weekends or on holidays doesn’t scare you.
• You have a good knowledge of the Dutch and/or English language. Do you speak an extra language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!

• A salary in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Agreement for Reference Position B.3.2, based on a full-time contract of 38 hours and depending on your experience.
