For our beautiful hotel in Scheveningen, we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to join our F&B team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the daily operations on the restaurant floor. From a smooth-running breakfast to an unforgettable dinner, you make sure everything runs like clockwork. Even during busy moments, you keep your cool and act as an inspiring example for your team. With your attention to detail, hospitality mindset, and team spirit, you make a difference – every single day.
What will you do?
You are in charge of supervising the daily service operations in our restaurant. You ensure the right team is in place, guide colleagues during their shift, and step in when needed. You maintain oversight and lead the team with positivity and professionalism. You are the go-to person for both guests and staff during service. When challenges or complaints arise, you act quickly and find practical solutions. Together with your team, you consistently deliver high-quality service and create memorable experiences for our guests. At the end of your shift, you leave with pride – knowing everything ran smoothly.

Your profile
• You have experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role.
• You are stress-resistant and stay calm under pressure.
• You are friendly and professional toward both guests and team members.
• You are flexible and don’t mind working evenings, weekends, or public holidays.
• You speak fluent Dutch and/or English. Any additional languages? Even better!
