As a Revenue & Reservations executive, you will be involved in the entire reservation process, from initial contact to final processing. You will be responsible for making new reservations, taking requests from guests, and ensuring that payment processes are correctly entered into the system. With our wide range of room types, there is something for everyone. You rise to the challenge and find the best suitable options for all requests from business to leisure. You enjoy speaking to guests, providing excellent service and going the extra mile. You also help with the various revenue tasks. In which you look at pricing strategies, distribution channels and analyzing data with a strategic eye.
