The Role

As a Revenue Management & Distribution Intern, you will play a pivotal role in our central Revenue Team, supporting them in analyzing and enhancing data sets and reports. Your efforts will directly impact our best-in-class commercial performance, market share growth, and profitability.

This internship is strictly part of your ongoing studies, not post-degree, and is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week working internship.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in setting up, maintaining, and rolling out new distribution channels.

  • Support the team by overseeing content optimization and managing OTAs.

  • Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to identify trends and innovations, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Aid in the setup of distribution systems for new Bob W openings.

  • Assist with configuring, optimizing, and maintaining PMS, RMC, and GDS system setups.

  • Conduct analysis on revenue performance leveraging both internal and external data sets using Tableau, SQL and Python.

  • Create and provide support and training materials for Bobstars regarding OTA and online distribution queries.

  • Perform system audits to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Actively participate in growth team projects and meetings.

  • Help maximize hotel revenues by monitoring, managing, and maintaining group and transient inventories.

  • Contribute to the preparation of annual business plans for the hotels.

  • Support rate parity efforts and maintain the events calendar.

Our 5-star candidate is:

  • Enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or related program at the university or applied science level.

  • Proficient in Excel, with a strong grasp of analytical tools.

  • Has experience using Tableau, SQL and Python for data analysis.

  • Highly interested in exploring various tools and technologies.

  • Well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Passionate about problem-solving and driving process improvements.

  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.

  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
