As a Rooms Division Management Trainee you will work closely with the Rooms Division Manager, by supporting the Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager and Head Concierge, whenever and wherever necessary. Your task is to ensure that all operational processes within these departments run as smoothly as possible for a perfect stay of the guests. 

Assisting the Department Heads in their tasks and duties on both operational as well as management level is included in the job description. This means that you will also assist in the operations of all our Rooms Division departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Security and Duty Management. 

You will assist the teams with the correct provision –and potentially preparation of daily operations. This includes a quality room preparation, and a smooth arrival and departure process. You ensure that every need of our guests is met and they feel satisfied.

As you will be working with Guests on a daily basis, you will be expected to contribute to the provision of excellent Guest service. Furthermore, you will also assist in the administration, training and promotion of excellent customer service.  

As a Rooms Division Management Trainee, you will be responsible for dealing with guest complaints, schedules, and special projects as given to you by the Rooms Division Manager and managing departments in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
