• Who will support our team of our waiters in ensuring every guest enjoys their dining experience.
• Who will be delivering and clearing away orders and deal directly with guests when colleagues need some extra support.

• Who will assist in opening and closing set up of the restaurant, and cleaning/polishing china, glass and silverware
