What Will You Do?
As a Sales Agent, you will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with our existing clients. You will be a true ambassador for the hotel and contribute to achieving our commercial goals.
Your Responsibilities:
Proactively approach potential clients to promote our business and group packages.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, including companies, travel agencies, and other partners.
Identify new market opportunities and trends within the hospitality industry.
Prepare and follow up on quotes for corporate events, group bookings, and collaborations.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to increase our visibility.
Collaborate with the Reservations department to ensure a seamless experience for business guests.
Achieve and report sales targets to the Sales Manager.

Who Are You?
We are looking for a commercial and customer-oriented professional who:
Has experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector (preferably in sales).
Speaks fluent Dutch and English (other languages are a plus).
Has excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Is result-oriented and motivated by achieving targets.
Can work proactively and independently, but also functions well in a team.
Has knowledge of hotel reservation systems and CRM tools (experience with Opera is a plus).
