The soon fully refurbished Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has the position of a Sales Executive available, in one of Europe's most dynamic cities.

What are my responsibilities?

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for account management and maximising corporate sales revenue opportunities together with the Sales Team. You are responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering excellent service throughout each customer experience. You have a good understanding of the market to be able to look proactively for new sales opportunities and make sure that personal and team-related goals are achieved. You ensure that the annual corporate sales activity plan is completed and followed in a creative manner.

• You are able to close a deal;

• You are comfortable making decisions and taking initiative;

• You are motivated to work towards achievable although challenging goals;

• You are able to build reports with clients and represent the brand.

To be eligible for this position you…

• Like to work in a Sales environment ;

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management ;

• Have experience in a pro-active or re-active Sales position;

• Can communicate fluently in Dutch and English, a third language is a plus.

A unique opportunity is awaiting you in the city center of one of the most dynamic markets in Europe. We are excited that the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is currently undergoing a full transformation. A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed. The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has a very high focus on sustainability and will aim to become an enhancement to the city of Amsterdam.
