Room Mate Hotels (www.room-matehotels.com) is a Spanish hotel brand of origin, with 2 hotels in the Netherlands and 22 hotels in Spain, Italy, Turkey, Mexico and America. Room Mate Hotels has 2 hotels in the Netherlands, more specifically in Amsterdam (Aitana, 285 rooms) and in Rotterdam (Bruno, 217 rooms). Both hotels have modern rooms, state of the art meeting facilities, free WiFi and are distinguished by many design elements and great locations. In addition, we are very proud of what makes us really special, namely our employees, our 'Roomies'.

We are looking for a very active manager who not only coaches and supervises the commercial team, but also has an eye for expanding our portfolio of clients in the business hotel market in Rotterdam and far beyond.

You are constantly looking for; new clients, creative ways to maintain current relationships, ways to organize work better/smarter, to motivate, inspire and appreciate your team.
