WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Support account management

• Maintain relationships with corporate clients and tour operators.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries via email and phone.

• Prepare and send offers and contracts.

Market research and competition analysis

• Market research and competitive analysis and market trends in the hotel industry.

• Benchmarking rates, occupancy rates and promotions.

• Researching potential new target groups or markets.

Assist with MICE and group bookings

• Assist with the planning and organization of meetings and events.

• Liaise with event planners and corporate clients.

• Supervise site inspections and hotel tours.

Revenue and pricing strategy support

• Support in analyzing pricing strategies and promotions.

• Create reports on hotel performance.

• Provide input on dynamic pricing and upselling strategies.

Organize a sales blitz or fam trip

• Collaborate on an event to introduce corporate clients and travel agents to the hotels.

• Plan, invite and host attendees.

Sales and marketing enablement

• Create Sales vouchers & Flyers; support for sales promotions, blitzes, FAMtrips and Sales events.

• Creation of presentations in PowerPoint, Canva.

• Organization of original and fun goodies during Sales events.

Support with Sales administration

• Updating, backlogging, creating sales campaigns in CRM system or SharePoint

• Providing facts & figures for the Sales Meetings

• Completing, monitoring and processing RFPs.
