ARCA is a brand new restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef, Henrique sa Pessoa, and has just opened its doors! ARCA means chest in Portuguese. The story behind this is an idea of a historic voyage. Henrique has created a unique menu focusing on the trading routes of Portugal, incorporating traditional dishes with a modern twist using Asian flavours and spices. We are looking for the jewels in our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand.

We are looking for a Senior All-around Waiter(ess):
- Who will make every guest feel welcome, respected and valued
- Who will take orders and deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
- Who will share their passion for food and drink to explain menus, drink lists and specialties - providing advice and upselling when there is an opportunity
- Who will also play a wider role in the team's work through tasks like assisting with opening and closing set up and polishing china, glass and silverware.
- Who ensures our restaurant run smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
- Who is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
